You know it's funny, but I always though I was being silly trying to "trick" myself into not getting colds (you know, smile and pretend you're not getting sick and you won't). It sounds like you're just lying to yourself - but apparently it really can work wonders!
I'm fairly new to this whole blogging thing as well, so I don't actually know much about linking up. I'm learning slowly (ever so slowly). With SeededBuzz I've just been creating links to posts within my articles. You'll notice there's a Links to this Post bit at the bottom of each of your blog posts - I haven't quite figured out the hang of that though. Let me know if you figure it out!
